Hello,

Thank you for contacting Dreame.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Regarding Obstacle Detection

1. Different lighting conditions may affect the accuracy of obstacle recognition. Please ensure there is sufficient lighting when the AI obstacle avoidance system is operating. When the robot passes the obstacle again, it will update the obstacle type in real time.

2. Household obstacles come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, which may occasionally lead to recognition errors. We recommend checking for available firmware updates and upgrading to the latest version. We continuously work on improving the device's recognition performance through software optimization.

Regarding Incomplete Debris Pickup

Please check whether air is coming out of the robot's air outlet while it is vacuuming.

If there is no airflow and you do not hear the fan motor running, this may indicate a fan-related issue. In this case, please contact our after-sales support team for further inspection: aftersales@dreame.tech

If there is airflow, the fan motor is functioning normally. Please try the following steps:

1. Open the robot's top cover, remove the dust bin, and clean out any debris inside.

2. Remove the filter and gently tap it against the edge of a trash bin to remove dust and debris from the surface. Rinse the filter with clean water and ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling it. Then start the robot again and check whether it operates normally.

3. Remove the main brush from the bottom of the robot, clean the brush thoroughly, and check the main suction inlet for any tangled debris or obstructions.

4. Try cleaning using the highest suction mode and check whether the cleaning performance improves.

Regarding Pet Avoidance

We would like to explain that the robot is designed to actively recognize and avoid pets as a safety measure. This helps prevent startling pets or causing accidental injuries during cleaning. Therefore, there is currently no option to make the robot intentionally ignore pets.

At the same time, we greatly appreciate your suggestion regarding additional customization options. We understand that different users have different preferences when it comes to cleaning behavior and obstacle avoidance. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us improve our products. We will pass your suggestion on to the relevant team as an important reference for future product enhancements, with the goal of providing a more flexible and personalized cleaning experience.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
