[L10s Ultra] Optimal settings

Good day. I am new to Roboto Vacuums. I noticed there are many settings for my L10s Ultra. I have tiles and laminated flooring that i need it to clean. I plan to use it 2 to 3 times a week.

1. Should i vacuum first then mop? Or can i choose the vacuum and mop setting combined?

2. What suction power and mop wetness is optimal or how do I decide? I am not very worried about charging the battery. No pets at home and no carpet. Is 2x cleaning runs advisable? Or does 1x cleaning do the job most of the time.

3. How often should it clean its mop pads and what drying time do i use? Currently have it at 20m2 and 3 hour drying time.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Dreame.

Based on your home environment (tile and laminate flooring, cleaning 2–3 times per week, no pets, and no carpets), we would recommend the following settings as a reference:

1. Cleaning Mode
If your home does not accumulate a significant amount of dust or debris, we recommend using the Vacuum and Mop mode directly. This mode allows the robot to vacuum dust and debris while mopping at the same time, providing efficient everyday cleaning.

2. Suction Power, Mop Moisture, and Cleaning Frequency
Since every home environment is different, factors such as dust levels, floor conditions, and humidity can affect the ideal settings. Therefore, there is no universal configuration that works for everyone.

We recommend starting with Standard suction power and Moist mop moisture level, then adjusting the settings based on the cleaning results, such as:

Whether the floor remains too wet
Whether there are visible stains left behind
Whether dust or debris remains after cleaning

For most households, one cleaning cycle is usually sufficient. However, if there are heavier stains or the floor has not been cleaned for an extended period, you may choose two cleaning cycles for more thorough results.

3. Mop Washing and Drying Settings
Your current settings of washing the mop pads every 20 m² and 3 hours of drying time are generally suitable for most households.

If you would like the mop pads to stay cleaner during mopping, you can shorten the mop-washing interval. Depending on your environment and cleaning needs, you may further adjust these settings over time.

Overall, your current configuration is already quite balanced. We recommend using these settings for a while and then making small adjustments based on the actual cleaning performance and your personal preferences.

We hope these suggestions are helpful. Thank you for your support and understanding.
