Dreame matrix 10. Mop missing in the dock

Ok. This is getting annoying and it’s a software bug. With all 6 mops installed in the dock unit, after the first clean the robot keeps a pair of mop pads attached to the robot afterwards and does not return them all to the dock, that’s fine, 4 in the dock and 2 at the bottom of the dock.
However the cleaning cycles after that always start with a warning “ Mop missing from the dock” which is a bit obvious as the robot does not put all 6 mop pads back in place each time.
If I have it set to vacuum without the mops first, it simply removes the mops from the base, does its job. Comes back for them if there is also a mopping program to be done. Then swaps mops in the dock if needed, cleans and charges.
So again at the end of the drying process there are 4 mops in the dock and 2 on the robot.
Start the next cleaning run and…..”Mop missing from the dock”

I’m not pulling the robot out of the dock and pulling off the mops from the robot to put them into the dock each time, just so I don’t get the message “mop missing from the dock”
There is no reason why before you get the warning about the mop missing from the dock that the software actually checks that the mops are where the software wanted to leave them, which was attached to the robot. The robot knows if the mops are installed or not!

This is a software glitch or bug or both.

Once cleaning is to start, system should detect 4 mop pads in the dock, 2 mops attached to the robot, therefore no fault and nothing missing!

Or at the end of the cleaning process drive the robot out of the dock once the mops have been washed and put the mops back into to dock so that all 6 are in the dock. Then get the robot to go back into its dock to charge and dry. Either seems a simple enough solution to an annoying reminder.

The first few times when I got the warning from the robot and the app. I checked that all was correct in the dock.

There’s nothing to clean,
There’s nothing out of alignment,
It’s a software bug!

Fix software to recognise 4 mops in the dock and 2 attached to the robot

Or

Get the robot to put all the mops back into the dock at the end of cleaning to prevent this annoying message!

Eg software update at end of cleaning
Robot returns to the dock.
Start charging.
Start auto empty.
Cleaning mop pads.
Returning mop pads to the dock( robot drives out while mops go back into dock, then once done it returns to the dock)
Start charging.
Mop drying in progress
= Done!

With no more….. Mop missing from the dock!

PLEASE FIX!!!!
