Struggling on Mat edges

I find the hoover always starts at the edges of mats and either pushes it out of position because 1 wheel is on and one off or as it moves to the corners, they get pulled up and folder over and the robot ends in a tangle! Can I suggest a better approach would be to drive to the middle of the mat first and then work outwards? At the edges if it stayed 80% on the mat I imagine it would be less likely to catch on corners

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Thin and lightweight mats may not adhere well to the floor, especially on smooth surfaces such as tiles. When the robot is operating with strong suction, it may cause this type of mat to shift, fold, or become caught during cleaning.

For lightweight or unsecured mats and rugs, we recommend using anti-slip pads or rug grippers to secure the corners. This can increase friction with the floor and help prevent the mat from moving during operation.

We would also like to thank you for your suggestion regarding the cleaning path. We will actively pass your feedback on to our product development team. We continuously improve and upgrade our products based on customer experiences and recommendations, and feedback like yours is highly valuable to us.

Thank you again for your support and attention. We truly appreciate it.
