Loud vacuum - faulty or just noisy?

The hoover has started to become very noisy, more than it has ever been. I’ve checked the dust bin, changed the filter, changed the roll brush, changed the side brush, emptied and washed the dust bin. It sounds like a high pitched vibrating noise - not sure this is right

For this issue, we also recommend checking whether the main brush cover is installed correctly. If it is not properly fitted, it may rub against the floor and cause abnormal noise.

In addition, please inspect the main brush and the wheels to make sure there are no small stones, pieces of glass, or other hard objects stuck in them. If you find any debris, please remove it carefully.

We also suggest removing the caster wheel (front omnidirectional wheel) and cleaning it thoroughly, then testing the robot again to see if the noise is resolved.
