Problem updating firmware PM30 (and humidity filter shows at 0%)

Hi.

This is the PM30 purifier/humidifier (not the PM20 since PM30 couldnt be chosen)

Just got this product home yesterday and it works great.

However when launching the app it alerts me of a new firmware but when trying to update it always stalls at 14, 15,16 or 20% and never completes.
Have tried pulling the power and restart phone/app etc but no difference (I am also running on 2.4GHz network since it said it needed that).

And also the humidityfilter (called Fuktfilter in the images in Swedish) is at 0% even after resetting.
Tried removing and inserting it in case it was misaligned or something but it looks and works good its just the app that doesnt seem to recognize it I guess or even know its there (something that might be fixed in the new firmware but since I cant install it im not sure:-))

Otherwise seems like a nice product but a couple of annoying issues that I found.
The product appears quite new so havent found any threads on the PM30 (and even on this site I couldnt choose the PM30 as a product so had to choose PM20).
But if you have any guidance on what to try let me know.
