Water leaks from the docking station while charging

After cleaning when the robot returns to the docking station , in it's dehydration mopping stage, water starts coming underneath the docking station. And the whole room gets flooded.

How can I resolve it?

Please try the following steps:

1. Check whether the dirty water filter, drain outlet, or dirty water channel is blocked. If so, clean and clear any blockage.
2. Check whether the dirty water tank lid is properly sealed and correctly installed.
3. Release the clips on both sides of the washboard tray, remove the tray, pour out any remaining water, and check whether the tray filter is blocked. If it is, please clean it before using the device again.
4. Use a dry cloth to wipe the overflow sensor (metal contacts) inside the washboard tray. Then reinstall the tray and make sure both side clips are securely fastened.
5. Try running a mop washing cycle again.

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, we recommend contacting our after-sales service team and providing the following information:

A video clearly showing the issue
