Bin emptying Frequency

I have 2 X60 Pro Ultra Completes, 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. In the household we have a lot of pets, 3 Golden Retrievers and 5 cats. The dogs don’t go upstairs but the cats go pretty much wherever they please. The upstairs unit has been fine. The downstairs unit I’ve been having a couple of issues where it has thrown up the tangled brush error and upon checking, the waste bin in full and because of this the vacuum is still picking up hair but just spinning it round the brush in to a clump. I have got the Dock settings set to what I believe is the highest emptying frequency, I.e. High Frequency where it also says the robot checks the dust bin and empties as needed, I also have the hair compression turned on, which seems to be suggested for pet hair etc. I can’t see any other settings to increase the frequency such as telling it to go back and empty after each room etc? Does anyone know of any other features to help with this issue or a way to achieve a per room empty of the dust bin?

I believe High Frequency is already the highest setting, and unfortunately there isn’t a setting to force the robot to empty after each room. With that many pets, it may be worth splitting the downstairs into smaller cleaning jobs so the robot returns to the dock more frequently. Keeping hair compression enabled should also help.

Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

According to the current product design, High Frequency dust collection mode is already the highest dust collection frequency supported by the device, and it is not currently possible to configure the robot to automatically return to the base station for dust collection after cleaning each room.

Based on the environment you described, there are multiple pets in your home, resulting in a relatively large amount of pet hair. In this situation, excessive hair can increase the dust collection load and may lead to the dust bin filling up quickly, hair becoming tangled around the main brush, or reduced dust collection efficiency. To achieve better cleaning performance, we recommend that you:

Perform a simple pre-cleaning of areas with concentrated amounts of pet hair before starting a cleaning task.
Regularly inspect and clean the main brush, removing any tangled hair promptly.
Regularly check the robot's dust bin and dust collection channel to ensure there are no blockages.
Divide the cleaning area into smaller zones and run multiple cleaning tasks.

Regarding your suggestion to add a feature that would allow the robot to automatically return to the base station for dust collection after cleaning each room, we completely understand this request. Especially for households with pets, such a feature could indeed provide a better user experience. We will forward your valuable feedback to our R&D team and have it evaluated as an important reference for future product optimization and feature upgrades.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
