Does anyone know where can i order online genuine vacuum motor and the left wheel?

Parts like that aren't something I'd trust a random seller with — email aftersales@dreame.tech with your SN and they'll tell you what's available.

Hello,

Regarding the vacuum motor and wheel you inquired about, these components are generally not available for purchase as individual spare parts.

May we ask whether your device is experiencing a fault or requires repair? If so, we recommend contacting our after-sales service team and providing the following information:

• Purchase invoice/proof of purchase
• A photo of the device SN (serial number) label

The above information will help our after-sales team review your case more efficiently. After evaluating your situation, they will advise you on the available resolution options.

Phone: 0808 502 1616
E-mail: aftersales@dreame.tech
(Mon. to Sun. 9:00–18:00)

Thank you for your understanding and support.
