Base is not sucking the dust from the dust bin of my vacuum.

Based on the video, the sound does not seem normal. We recommend checking whether the sealing ring around the dust collection inlet on the base station is damaged, worn, or out of place, as this may affect the auto-emptying performance.

You can also check the robot's dust bin to see whether excessive hair, lint, or other debris has accumulated inside and caused a blockage. If so, please clean it manually.

In addition, please inspect the dust collection channel for any obstruction. If necessary, you can carefully use a thin wire or a similar tool to clear the dust collection duct.
