Map not complete

Only got my Dreame Robot vacuum and it has mapped my house but missed 2 rooms at the end of my hall. Can they be added in or do I have to remap my entire house! Also how do I quick map the house when it’s not cleaning

Open the doors and send it to clean those rooms — it'll usually pick them up and add them on. If not, I'd factory reset and let it map the whole place again from scratch.

1. Before starting the robot, please open all the doors in your home whenever possible and organize any items on the floor to ensure that the robot can move around smoothly.

2. Please check whether the robot has completed the automatic cleaning task and successfully returned to the charging dock.

3. We recommend starting a cleaning task from the missing area. Please also check the surrounding conditions, as high thresholds, dark-colored floors, direct sunlight, or relatively narrow and confined spaces may cause the robot to miss certain areas.

4. Please make sure that people or pets do not follow the robot closely or block the LDS laser sensor, as this may cause the robot to miss certain areas.

Normally, the device updates the map information in real time while operating. We recommend starting another complete cleaning task and checking whether the robot can enter and clean the missed rooms and whether the map is updated accordingly.
