[X60 Pro Ultra Complete] Many issues

My very first run of the robot:
- missed large parts of all rooms without any obstacles
- got stuck on a skirting board
- could not get up over an airer’s leg
- missed a large part for mopping
- taking 1.5 hrs but still haven’t finished cleaning and my 1 bed flat is <50m2

Can anyone advise anything? Thank you.

Brand new map can throw it out like that — I'd do a factory reset and let it remap from scratch, then see how it goes.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are sorry to hear that your first cleaning run did not meet your expectations.

For a first cleaning cycle, the robot usually spends additional time exploring and learning the environment while building and optimizing its map. However, missing large areas or taking an unusually long time to clean may indicate that there are factors affecting navigation.

We recommend the following:

• Please clean the LDS sensor and front camera to ensure the robot can navigate and identify obstacles correctly.

• Make sure there is sufficient lighting during the initial mapping and cleaning process.

• Before starting a cleaning task, remove small objects such as cables, shoes, toys, and other items that may interfere with navigation.

• If the robot marks areas as obstacles incorrectly, you can tap the obstacle marker on the map and select "Ignore" to help reduce repeated avoidance of the same area.

• Please check whether furniture, drying racks, skirting boards, virtual walls, or no-go zones are creating narrow passages that may cause the robot to become stuck or repeatedly reroute.

If this was the robot's very first run, we also recommend allowing it to complete a full mapping cycle and then running another cleaning task to see whether the coverage and efficiency improve.

We hope these suggestions are helpful.
