Spare acesaories

Where can you buy genuine spares / consumables for the Dreame x50? I have seen some on Amazon. Does anybody have any feedback on them?

I'd stick to the official ones rather than random sellers. Email aftersales@dreame.tech with your SN and they'll tell you what's available.

Hello,

You can purchase genuine accessories and consumables for the Dreame X50 Ultra Complete through the Dreame official website or the Dreame Official Store on Amazon.

If the accessories are temporarily out of stock through the above channels and you need them urgently, please contact our after-sales support team. We will help verify warehouse inventory availability and assist you with the purchase.
