D30 Ultra

Hi please could I ask if I can add cleaning solution to my D30 ultra?

Not sure if the D30 Ultra has its own detergent compartment, so I'd check the manual first. Stick to the official solution if you do, and if the manual doesn't say, email aftersales@dreame.tech.

Hello,

As the D30 Ultra does not have a built-in water tank, we do not recommend adding any cleaning solution, as this may affect the device's performance and cleaning results.

We recommend using clean water only for cleaning.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
