Cleaning solution

My machine uses alot of water and does a great job cleaning but the self dilution system and Dreame cleaning solution doesn’t seem to be getting mixed during mopping. I’ve topped the water up countless times but the solution looks like it’s level has never dropped

Worth checking the dosage setting in the app, as that makes a big difference to how quickly it goes down. If it's set right and the level still hasn't moved, that's one for support — email aftersales@dreame.tech and let them take a look.

I think it only uses the cleaning solution when cleaning the mops.
My L40 AE sips the solution when cleaning the mops so it takes many months to notice it's going down.

For this model, the cleaning solution in the detergent tank is not used directly during floor mopping. Its primary purpose is to help clean the mop pads during the mop-washing process.

However, if you would like the robot to use a small amount of cleaning solution while mopping, you may add no more than one capful of Dreame cleaning solution directly into a full clean water tank and shake it gently to mix evenly before use.

Please do not add excessive amounts of cleaning solution, as this may affect the robot's normal operation or cause excessive foam.
