Detergents

Where does everyone buy there replacement detergents from?

I'd stick to the official Dreame solution rather than a random seller. If you can't track it down, email aftersales@dreame.tech and they'll tell you what's available.

Hi,

we recommend you to purchase these kinds of detergent from Dreame official website. Choose your country or region at the bottom of the official website and select Robot Vacuum Cleaner Accessories, than buy the corresponding detergent, which is suitable for Matrix10 Ultra.

This is an example link for UK:

Exactly what they said 👍
