Unable to use automatic mode

Hi. So far I have not been able to trust the Matrix10 Ultra to do anything completely on auto pilot because it continues to want to mop carpet. I have changed the floor type to carpet in the relevant rooms but this is an issue that continues.
When I go to look at the "cleaning order" button, the rooms that are carpeted are showing with a mop mode linked to it. It doesnt allow me to alter this to say no mop and it doesnt allow me to remove those rooms from mopping either. I have allotted a couple of rooms as No mop Zones but where there is an ensuite after that carpeted area it means the vac/ mop wont venture in there at all.

What can I do to fix these things so that I can set up an automatic setting to clean the whole house?

Thanks

Worth setting those carpeted rooms to vacuum only in a custom clean rather than Genius Clean, that should stop it bothering with the mops. If the cleaning order still won't let you change them, email aftersales@dreame.tech with your SN.

I concur with Richard’s perspective, as I generally prefer not to rely on Glean Genius due to its occasional errors in judgment. It is best to utilize the custom settings and become familiar with them, as the process becomes quite straightforward once you gain some experience. There is also no need to continuously adjust your configuration once you have established the optimal settings for your custom use.

Hello,

May I ask if you are currently using CleanGenius mode?

In CleanGenius mode, the robot will automatically adjust the cleaning mode and cleaning sequence based on the actual cleaning conditions and home environment.

We recommend checking the “Carpet Cleaning Settings” first to ensure that the current settings meet your needs. You can select either “Vacuum” or “Avoid” according to your preference.

Additionally, we recommend switching to Custom mode and configuring the affected areas and carpets individually. Then, run the robot again and check whether it still attempts to clean the carpeted areas.

If the issue persists, please provide screenshots of the relevant settings, along with photos of the affected areas and carpets. We will review the information and provide further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
