X40 Fell down the stairs!

I thought this shouldn’t be possible but yesterday it came tumbling down the stairs.  The machine seems fine but it did leave some scratches on our wall.  I have since updated the map to put a virtual wall at the top of the stairs, but surely it shouldn’t be possible for the vacuum to fall with all its sensors?

Since the last update mine also did this. It has also started chewing cables up
