L10 prime Dock - no power

My L10 prime wasn’t able to charge or to go back to the station (Dock station led was on at the time), tell it to charge was wandering for the flat without being able to find the station (that hasn’t been moved). Also putting it manually in the station it wasn’t charging.
I tried to move the station to another place and now it seems to not turn on anymore at all - the led is off (plugging other items to the plug it works - the cable is connected correctly). The robot can’t find it neither can charge.

Dear [GQ430652],

Regarding your question about [ L10 prime cannot be charged and cannot return to the power station], we recommend [1. Please check whether the charger plug is loose to ensure that the charging dock/base station is powered on.

2. Place the robot 1-2 meters in front of the charging dock/base station, and briefly press the Dock Button on the robot. If the robot fails to return to the charging dock/base station, please contact us for further help.

3. If the robot can return to the charging dock/base station for recharging, please follow the below instructions:
①The charging dock/base station needs to be placed against the wall. It is recommended to place the base in a more open area, and make sure there are no obstacles within 1.5m in front of the base and 0.5m on both sides.
②Away from signal interference, such as router TV, etc.
③There should be no mirror reflections on the opposite side, such as mirrors, windows, etc.

4. While cleaning, ensure your robot sets out from the charging dock/base station, and check whether the LDS laser sensor on the top of the robot rotates normally.

5. Check whether the main wheels of the robot are slipping, stuck or trapped while cleaning.

6. If the above fault causes have been eliminated, please try to restart the robot and start cleaning again.
Open the upper cover of the robot, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the robot. Then move the base to an open place and try again.

7. If the charging dock/base station is moved, place the robot onto the base, then start cleaning from the base.].
