The X50 ultra is a great robot but it has huge battery issues! The robot drains 1% of battery every minute of usage, regardless of the cleaning settings. This is a serious issue for a robot that costs £1200 in the UK! Dreame please do something about it as it’s unacceptable!
Exactly the same problem here. The power management of the X40 is significantly better. For €1500,- you can expect more considering the quality that Dreame normally delivers. Hopefully there will be a quick fix soon!
@Franco: do you have a solution? They told me it might be a hardware problem and they advised me to swap it for a new one. I would like to know what the problem is…
They said the same thing to me but I’ve read many reviews online and pretty much everyone says the same thing so I do not think it’s a hardware problem , it’s just a poor battery optimisation. I decided not to send it back , would be just a waste of time . They need to release a firmware update asap!
