[L10s Pro Gen 2] Problem with robot

Hi, the robot delivered on February 14th sucks but for two days the mops have been raised from the ground and no longer spin, they don't wash. How can I solve it? Thanks Hi Elena

Hi Elina! You can try to clear the cache from the Dreamehome app and turn of the robot and the base and then start everything again.
