I tried changing the language via the app, but no matter which one I select, the device keeps speaking only in English.
Can anyone help me?

Regarding your question about H15 pro, we recommend:
Hello! This is a minor bug in the previous firmware version. You need to update the firmware version. The latest firmware version has solved this bug.
You can update the firmware version by following these steps: Go to the device page > "..." in the upper right corner > Firmware Update
