Our D10 Plus cleaned vet well for the first few weeks but we have noticed that it now needs to be run twice in two pass mode and still does not clean the floor as well as it first did. Also, the auto emptying sequence does run but often does not actually empty the D10.
I have changed all the replaceable components and thoroughly cleaned every part of the D10 which is accessible but the performance is very poor.
We don't have a big house and there are only three rooms on the ground floor which is where it is mainly used.
Some time ago, I tried to e-mail customer services about the auto emptying but had difficulty getting my problem understood.

The auto-emptying is set to maximum, i.e. after every cleaning cycle and I have to do it manually several times after each cleaning because it doesn't empty.
