Please make sure the robot and mobile phone are close to the router and have a good Wi-Fi signal. Please turn on the location permission of the application and mobile phone Bluetooth. This will facilitate a better connection between the robot and the mobile phone.
You can also try to move the device to a location with better network signal.

Hi, I don’t think that’s the problem. As a test I have placed the access point on top of the robots home. The robot as well as my phone are connected to that same access point and still the same issue.
Hello, please turn off multi-band in one in your router, add it to the whitelist, or try another router. If it still doesn't work, you can only reset the robot and try connecting again.
