[D10 Plus] Noisy sound

The robot vacuum requested to replace the filter, after the replacement of the filter, the robot vacuum still requested to replace the filter. When the vacuum is running on low settings, there is minimal noise. As soon as Turbo mode is engaged, a high-pitched sound is coming from the vacuum.

Also second note my maps are starting to become lob sided.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Dear JL743854,

Regarding your question about D10 Plus, we recommend:

1. If you have replaced the new filter and installed it correctly but the problem is still not solved, it may be a hardware failure and you need to contact after-sales.

2. Turbo mode provides maximum suction, so it will consume more battery and generate more noise.

3. You can rotate the map by following this step: Map editing > Select map > "Rotate" in the upper right corner
