Floor washing problem

For some time now, probably since the last software update, the robot no longer wets the mops while washing the floors...

Have you found a solution?

It happened to me too, the reason is that the customized setting for each room "overwrites" the overall settings.
The default value  of wetness when mopping is 16, that makes the mop too dry. I tried 24 and it works.

So, you need to put 24 on all rooms in customized settings.
To do so, you need to go to your device, then under customize-> cleaning setting , you will find
vacuum - mop - vac&mop - mop after vac - customize room cleaning.

Go to customize room cleaning, then tap "set" button, then tap each room and set
vac&mop
suction power: standard
wetness 24
cycles x1

do that for each room, then save the settings tapping on the V on top right of the screen.

when returning to the main page, go again on customize -> cleaning settings, then switch back to "vac&mop" option.

It should solve the issue; if not, go to customize -> dock settings (on the right of "cleaning settings" option), and switch on the auto-wash option. I enabled it but im not sure is the one that solves the issue, I think its more what I said before; however, I did both things and it worked, so I'm not sure what of the 2 things are the one that solves.
