X50 ultra scratches floor during cleaning

My X50 ultra is recently scratching the floor during cleaning, both vacuum and mopping.

It looks the plastic hooks at the bottom touch the floor during the whole operations. This was not the case in the beginning.

Anyone a clue or tip?

Dear user, does the plastic hooks refer to the main brush cover? If it is caused by the deformation of the main brush cover, you can contact our after-sales team to get a new main brush cover.

That little guy was shifting. On a mission.

I have the exact same problem with my X50 , seems i think that black small price on the brush cover is indeed touching the floor, and when there is sand, its a scraping sound

do you have any news about the support? was it fixed? How?

Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please try the following checks:
1. Ensure the main brush cover is installed correctly, or reinstall it and test again.
2. On smooth tile or wooden floors, a new robot's bottom scraper may create slight friction noise.
3. When crossing tile joints or floor gaps, the robot may produce a slight clicking sound while cleaning them.
4. These sounds are normal and will not affect operation.

If the issue persists or you have any questions, please contact us.

Thank you for your understanding.
