LDS Wont go down.

Just bought the X50 Ultra.
And I get the message that the LDS won’t go down. Also get a really wierd sound, like it’s trying and but I won’t. I restarted and then it went down.
Then tonight I woke up with a message that it didn’t go down again. I have used it like 2 hours…

Hello, this is a hardware failure. Please contact our after-sales department and provide the following information to the after-sales team, and the after-sales team will give priority to your case.

1. SN number on the label at the bottom of the robot
2. Purchase receipt or invoice

Hi I also just bought X50 Ultra about 2 weeks ago, and I'm facing exactly the same issue. Out of sudden, the app showed that LDS fails to descend, and when I tried to control it from the real-time video mode, it made the same weird sound from the video here. I've tried to clean the LDS (nothing to clean actually) and done a factory reset but neither works!
