I just bought the robot, I configured it and made it do the first mapping. After that I manually set it up by creating two points to avoid and divided some rooms. To try it out I did vacuuming "by area" by creating it. It vacuumed and once it finished going back to the station it was like "crazy" it couldn't understand itself anymore, it moved strangely. I read that it could be a mapping issue, now I'm trying to do it again from scratch. HELP?
Hello, it appears that the entire dreame network has a strange outage that occurred in the last day or so. They were very open in the discussion I had with them on a call I put in for help with my unit as well. Might want to check in with their help desk, they asked me to give them some time to fix the issue
