Hello! You can check whether the base station indicator is on and whether the base station is powered.
If the base station is powered, place the robot 1-2 meters in front of the charging dock/base station and short-press the "Dock" button on the robot. See if it can return normally.
If it still doesn't work, open the robot cover and press the reset button for 3 seconds to restart the robot. Then move the base to an open area and try again.
