I have a dreamy l50 pro, I bought it in October 2025 and suddenly it doesn't cleans the mop pads and also doesn't clean the base. I think it can't suck fresh water like it is clogged somehow. Also it pauses during cleaning. Any suggestions? I bought it in Greece

Hello, I have bought the dreame x40 ultra robot vaccum. Its not recognizing the dock ( not returning for recharge or self clean). Even if I put it on the dock, when I press recharge, its coming out and searching and not recognizing the dock. Pls can someone faced this and help

Is there a way to slow the speed of the side brush? I have noticed that the high speed sometimes causes the vacuum to flick the dirt to an already cleaned area so it never gets cleaned properly. Slowing down the brush speed would increase the chance of flicking dirt into the direct path of the robot so it can collect it.
