[D10 Plus Gen 2] Just bought a Dreamed10 plus , no water flow

The first time I used mopping it worked just fine . Now it's not working and there is no waterflow . Just sweeping even when I choose mopping with maximum water flow

Hello, you can try to solve the problem by following the steps below:

1. Please check if there is a voice prompt for the installation and removal of the water tank.

2. If there is no voice prompt, please check if there is a magnet at the water tank position (green mark in the attached picture).

3. If there is a voice prompt, please remove the mop, install only the water tank, and start mopping the floor. Then check if there are water droplets on the floor during mopping.

If there are no water droplets, please try to clean the 3 water outlets of the water tank (red mark in the attached picture) with a toothpick or other items, and then test the mopping function again.

Reminder: It takes some time for the water tank to fully soak the mop. Before mopping, please wet the mop according to the instructions.
