[L40s Pro Ultra] Mop Pads

I’ve recently started to have some issues with Mopping.
Currently on the last run of mopping it was disturbed due to “something tangled in the mop pads” when I checked the area and the mop pads there was no obstruction or anything trapped inside them.
I recently changed these so can’t imagine it’s because they are old.
I’ve also noticed that since I remapped my downstairs area that even after this, there is more frequent bumping and hitting objects that would be in the way.
Again I gave everything a clean and tidy up when I did the mop pads.
Slightly stuck on what to do next.

Hello,

Have you also tried cleaning the connection area between the mop pads and the robot? In addition, we recommend checking whether any debris is tangled around the main wheels. If so, please clean them.

Please also check whether there are any foreign objects or hair tangled around the LDS (laser sensor) rotating part, which may prevent it from rotating properly. If so, please carefully remove them.

Kindly confirm whether there are any uneven, warped stickers or large objects attached to the surface of the robot. If your robot is new, please check whether the protective film on the body is peeling or warped. If so, please remove it.

You may also try gently tapping the front bumper of the robot to ensure it can rebound normally.

If the issue still persists, we recommend recording a video and contacting your seller or our after-sales support team for further assistance.
