Hello,

we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the mop connectors appearing to be rusted, we would like to clarify the following: the mop tray is made of plastic material, and its bottom features a magnetic structure, which may attract rust particles from the surrounding environment during use. When the device performs high-speed rotation and cleaning inside the base station, these particles may rub against the positioning structure, making it appear as if there is “rust” or wear. This phenomenon generally does not affect the normal operation of the device.

However, since you mentioned that the unit is new and if you still have concerns, we recommend contacting your seller or point of purchase to check whether further assistance can be provided. Alternatively, you may send the device’s S/N along with the purchase invoice to our after-sales support team at aftersales@dreame.tech, and we will be happy to assist you with further verification and support.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
