[Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete] Firmware update

I read on Reddit that the the latest firmware is supposed to improve navigation efficiency, which I must say is not a strength of mine currently. My firmware is 4.3:9_3507 which is lower than the numbers I have read. It is set to auto update but hasn’t updated in months. Anyone out there on a higher firmware and what was your experience? Also how do you go about getting a firmware update forced through?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

In many cases, it is normal for a device not to receive a firmware update for an extended period of time. If the device is operating normally and no issues have been detected, firmware updates are typically not released frequently in order to ensure the best possible stability and reliability.

In addition, firmware updates are usually rolled out in batches and phases. As a result, some users may receive update notifications earlier than others, while some devices may need to wait for subsequent rollout stages. This is a normal part of the update process and does not indicate any issue with your device.

If your device is functioning properly, you can continue using it with confidence. If you would like to manually upgrade to a newer firmware version, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will review your specific situation and do our best to provide further assistance and support.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

The device functions OK, but the navigation is poor at times and not what I would expect from a top of the range robovac. I would like to manually update so please let me know who
I contact to make this happen.

It is also worth adding that I have cleaned all sensors and the vac itself, so this is not a hardware issue

Anything to add on how to contact and request this?
