[X50 Ultra Complete] Dreame robot behaving eraticaly after mop pad replacement

I have a X50 ultra vacuum here I have exchanged the mop pads. While i did that, I lifted the robot and heard load plastic noise, which im still a bit worried about. After the replacement i started the robot but now it react funny. It leaves the dock, but then just stands there for a while. Then after some minutes it tell me the robot is stuck. After some tries i managed to get it started and it drove untill it his my door with its bumper, then it was stuck. The robot it self does not respond with any error messages or anything. Im afraid i may have done something to the bumper.

The reason that is my current thinking is that i can drive the robot manually. No problems. it responds to commands. However, for some reason it wont turn around in that mode. Its like manuel control is okay, but every time it needs to do something it self, it wont. It wont return to dock, even after I just drove around in manual mode.

I have clean all wheels, all sensors, done a soft reset, even done a hard reset. Its like its afraid to run. But the motors work. The brushes work. The suction works. Washing the mops, auto empty and all that. Works just fine. It just wont drive around anymore. Anything i can do here?

its running firmware version 4.3.9_3684

Hello,

Based on the information you provided, we recommend performing the following checks first:

1. Gently press and tap the front bumper to confirm that it can spring back normally and check whether there is any sticking, jamming, or failure to return to its original position.

2. Please inspect the LDS (Laser Distance Sensor) area to ensure that no foreign objects are obstructing it. Also, check whether the radar module and the robot's top cover show any signs of deformation, looseness, or misalignment. If there is any debris, please remove it and make sure the radar can rotate freely.

If the issue persists after completing the above checks, the device may have a hardware-related problem. We recommend contacting our after-sales support team for further inspection and assistance.

To help our after-sales team assist you more efficiently, please provide the following information when contacting them:

* Device SN (Serial Number)
* Proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot)
* Description of the issue
* Relevant photos or videos showing the problem (if available)

Once the above information is received, we will do our best to provide further support.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
