Hi so ive got my h12 dual since november last year all was good until recently when mopping floor its starts to leave a wet spots. Is there anything i cam do to stop them

During normal use, the assistive wheels of the wet and dry vacuum come into direct contact with the floor, so a small amount of water residue may occasionally be left behind. To help reduce water marks, please try the following:

1. Slow down slightly when pushing the machine forward, allowing the brush roller more time to absorb excess moisture from the floor.
2. Check whether the brush roller and squeegee are in good condition and ensure they are not excessively worn or damaged.
3. After cleaning, if a small amount of water residue remains, you can wipe it away with a clean mop or dry cloth.
4. Please also check whether the brush roller and filter are dirty, excessively wet, or not installed correctly. We recommend cleaning the brush roller and reinstalling it properly, or replacing it with a new one if necessary. It is also recommended to allow the brush roller and filter to dry completely after each use.

If the issue persists, please provide us with a video showing the water marks left by the machine during operation. We will review the situation and provide further assistance.
