🐾What kind of pets do you have?

I have set my robot L40 ultra ae to mop in an "S-shape" pattern from the app settings. However, it only performs the S-shape mopping along the edges of the room.When it moves across the main area of the room, it just goes straight. Because of this, it leaves an unmopped, dry strip of floor right between the two mops, and it doesn't return to cover that gap.Basically, the S-shape pattern only works on the borders, but not in the middle of the room. Could you please help me fix this issue or check if it's a software bug?Thank you !

We have one cat and my l40s pro ultra is absolutely amazing at picking up all the hair and everything else. We have a rug in our living room and you can see how deep it cleans into it, leaves it striped. You can actually feel how much cleaner the carpets are. We have luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen and hallway and I'm amazed how well it mops the floor, so clean afterwards and dries real quickly. This is an update from my first robot vacuum which was a Viomi pro which was really good for a older robot vacuum. I love my l40s pro ultra and would highly recommend it to anybody. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is trying to find where to buy the floor cleaning solution, hopefully I will be able to get it from Amazon one day. We have also just purchased the Dreame MF10 fan which is really cool lol. Dreame please keep these amazing products coming and please make it easier to purchase solutions and accessories.

We had two large long haired cats. DS-TR (we named it DS-TR as we are star was fans) has been cleaning very well. At first it struggled with the amount of hair but adjusted itself to stronger suction and 2x passes and everything is spotless. I'm especially thankful right now for the Pet recognition thing. One of our Cats have passed away two days ago and I've only now found all the GIFs DS-TR made of him. Seeing the GIFs, it brought some measure of a little bit sorrowful / joyful peace. even something as little as making a small gif of him watching DS-TR clean has made a difference.
