Dreame X50 UC New Firmware 4.3.9_2103

I just noticed that Dreame X50 Ultra new firmware version 4.3.9_2103 was installed without any notification, but there were no details provided about what's changed, added, or fixed. Could you please share the full update information? Thanks!

I have been noticing droplets in the form of big spots on hard floors during normal vacuuming with the Dreame X50 for a while. Could this issue have started after the last update?

I also came across another user on YouTube who experienced a similar droplets problem after the last update. Additionally, they had just updated recently, and in their case, while vacuuming in an open area, there was an issue where the Lidar couldn’t lift, and the robot classified a very large area as a "low area."

I also experienced above issue once, and it was fixed when I removed the huge "low area" from the app, and it didn’t repeat.

Could these two issues (droplets and incorrect "low area") have been caused by the last update? Have you received any feedback regarding this?

Hello, can you provide us with a screenshot of the firmware version page? After verification with the R&D team, we have not released this version of firmware.

Regarding the issues you reported about dripping large drops of water and misidentifying low-lying areas without raising the LDS, we have not received more user feedback for the time being.

I’ve attached the screenshot of the firmware version page as requested in below post. However, I’d like to clarify that the version shown is indeed installed on my device. If this firmware hasn't been officially released, it raises a question of how it ended up on my unit. Could it be a beta release or possibly something that was rolled out in a limited capacity? If not, is there any way to check how this version was installed?

We are currently confirming the firmware version issue with the R&D department and will let you know once we receive a response.

This water drop is normal. There is a small water tank inside the robot. When the robot returns to the base station to clean the mop, the base station will fill the small water tank inside the robot with water. Some water droplets will remain at the water inlet, and the robot will drop to the ground when mopping.
