Charging issues

Hello, my x50 ultra complete is not charging beyond 70% battery. It is on the 3276 software and i have done all the things asked of me to rectify the problem. Including factory reset, soft reset clean charging terminals, make sure floor is level, the list goes on. Dreame please sort your customer service out as it is shocking for the price of your products. I am getting absolutely nowhere in regards to a solution to this problem, and it is clear i am not alone with this problem.

My case number is 83513211. The product is lasting 25 minutes if I'm lucky and when it says it needs to go back to charge it's not making it back to the dock. Instead it is switching off with zero battery in the middle of the floor.

I have been told to pack the whole robot up in a box (not the box it came in as thats been recycled) I have to take pictures of everything and if it gets damaged in transit it's down to me. Then it will be 1 to 2 weeks before I get it back not including shipping time. This robot is 1 month old and has been having this issue since it was 2 weeks old.

I will keep you posted but as you can see absolutely zero response in nearly 24 hours. My robot went back to charge after 20 minutes and it's still on the dock paused because it cant reach the battery level required to complete the task.

So down to 10% charge after 19 minutes. Then it went back out again and still didnt finish. Then it went back to charge again and it's been there for 6 hours now and it's still only at 64% and will not charge any further and complete the task. Robot is totally unfit for purpose and it seems dreame dont want to do anything about it.
