I have the Aqua track 10 ultra. Cleaning is fine but issues with not automatically emptying robot dust into base station. It tries but fails every time and base station dust bag is clean while robot is full.

3. Please ensure that the robot prompts "Cleaning task completed" and returns to recharge automatically. If the battery is low and cannot be charged, or if it is disturbed during charging, it will not automatically collect dust.

4. After cleaning, please manually click the "Dust Collection/Automatic Emptying" button in the APP to test:

If the function can be activated but cannot empty the dust, please check if there is any lint or hair clogging the dust collection box outlet. This type of hair is not easily sucked in and may affect the operation of the fan. Manual cleaning is recommended.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the poor dust collection effect at the base station, we suggest you pay attention to the following steps:

1. Please go to the self-cleaning settings to check the automatic emptying frequency. The robot will automatically collect dust according to the frequency you set.

2. Please check if the robot is set to Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. In DND mode, the base station will not perform the automatic emptying task. Please go to "Robot Management" to turn off DND mode and try again.

Hello, your L40s Pro Ultra has a Standard threshold of 2.2cm and a Double-layer threshold of 4cm. If the obstacle is higher than this, the machine will not be able to overcome it.Thanks for your understanding.

I got the the matrix 10 ultra a week ago and have used it every day but the detergent has not reduced. Have missed something in the instructions that would stop the machine using it? It keeps asking for pet detergent but there is no need to use that. I tried switching that box off but it won’t let me.
