Hi my dreame hoover moping but not hoovering

D20 pro plus, just installed & look forward to getting to know it

L40s Pro Ultra my first Dreame! I had to give them a go. Comming from two Eufy robot vacuums ( still in use in non demanding areas ), i have to say im super imrpessed! The moping peeformance is great for a spinning pad type, vacuuming hard floors great. For carpets I usualy do a deep clean as it can miss finer particles on the first pass. Overall so impressed that I went and bought Aqua10 Ultra roller, again amazing but with some quirks as if they all have their own personality. Im still testing the Aqua10 so will report after some time

My dreams fell down the stairs and is damaged what should I do. Only one week old

My Dreame aqua 10 pro track complete arrived two days ago. It looks very classy ✨
I’ve owned a couple of different brand robot hoovers previously, Eufy and Roborock S10. Eufy is still going very well after 5 years, however the Roborock lasted 2 weeks and leaked constantly, so it’s been posted off for repairs, hence why I now have the Dreame.
Fast mapping was straightforward, apart from trying to keep the cats from blocking and following it! It created a good map, needing only a few tweaks. I’ve done two hoovers so far on hard flooring with mats, and I’m impressed so far, particularly with the edge cleaning, it really does go right to the edge. Object recognition has been very accurate so far. I like that it still hoovers close to the obstacle, whereas my Roborock left large gaps around obstacles, decreasing significantly the area hoovered.
There’s still several settings I’m experimenting with. It cleans my mats very well, because I’ve set it to raise before hoovering them, which stops them folding and getting tangled, as they are very thin ones, so they’ve actually been hoovered very well, which wasn’t possible with my Roborock. I have noticed that I need the vacuum setting on max, or near max, for it to pick up slightly larger particles, which is a little disappointing, as this significantly affects battery life.
I’m yet to try the mopping function, but I’ll update when I do. I’m hoping the mopping experience is as good as the vacuum one do far. Btw, I have six cats, and it’s picking up cat hair very well, including from one of my medium pile rugs. No clogging issues so far.

I’ve had the LS10 Ultra 2 for over a year and am so happy with it. Still works as it did when new. Consumables are cheap to replace as well. Thank you Dreame!!
