💡We are curious! How many Dreame products do you have at home?

I have a 2 bed 2 bathroom 1 living room/ kitchen open plan apartment- 750m2 - purchased the D10 gen2 - it’s an excellent machine - easy to set up - I have raven blocked it going under the tv cabinet but it goes everywhere else - very happy customer

Just started using my robot vacuum and im in love I got the L10s ultra gen 2 and ive named him rover.

Hi, have X50 ultra complete robot hoover, just came home and tried to do a cycle through my app, said it was offline and I went to connect it again, but the base station light is on and then I hold in the robot to turn it on and nothing is happening?? Help please?

Does anyone have an issue even when mapping the rooms that their vac vacs then mops and then goes and mops the carpets 🤦🏼

I’ve got the dreame L10s ultra gen 3 it’s amazing but the detergent doesn’t seem to be getting used when mopping

I have dreame L40 complete . I was really sceptic about it because I have a dog and wool carpets as well sheep rugs upstairs and I was thinking the robotic vacuum will lock into the carpets or rugs or stay under the sofa as they always do . This one is really good !! It keeps the area so clean and fresh as well it’s simple to use and recognises the pets and wires and even slippers / pens on the floor . I am really impressed and I would recommend it to anyone who has not had the one yet …. I convinces many people to give it a go and they on it ! Thank you dreame - my dreams came true ! I don’t have to hoover the house all day long and mop it after !!! Once a week with the normal hoover and mop now it’s enough ❤️

Although there is clearance under the sofa my dreame L40 somehow hesitates to go under it. Anyone have the same issue?

Have a dreame l10 ultra vac. I thought I saw in the app last week that virtual ramp was available, now only see the virtual threshold. I have one room in the middle of the ground floor that is one step up. Rest of room are one step down and all on same level. Anyone have any tips on to get it to navigate. Or do I need a newer higher spec vac? Cheers
