💡We are curious! How many Dreame products do you have at home?

Just got the L50s Ultra Pro today. Its charging right now. Not sure how to start mapping it after it has charged.

I've got the L40 ultra AE. Loving it so far.

Got my L40 ultra, started to map just now and done some cleaning, so far so good, not sure about carpet cleaning performance but let's see...

Just purchased the d20 pro plus and so far so good, neither of the dogs worry about it.

I have the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. I love it, something that was missing from my life that I didn't know I wanted. I have a short haired staffie cross who moults all year. So,with my adult son's help, I mapped out the whole downstairs (I mapped the worse area for dog hair, the carpeted lounge and he did the rest for me).  So every night it vacuums the lounge, then twice a week it vacuums the whole downstairs, then mops the hard floor areas. I love that it works out if there is carpet or not. I love that it tells me if there is a problem or something needs doing, such as fill the water tank.

Recently the suction wasn't so good. I found out (by my own online search) that the problem could be the robot's internal dust bin. It was full of matted dog fur, like felt. I pulled the fur out and and it's doing a great job again now.

I have a Dreame L40s Ultra Pro

I have the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. I’m not particularly impressed. Even on a deep clean setting with highest water for mopping, it is leaving behind marks that should be easy to lift? Any advice appreciated.

Where can I buy a filter and detergent?

Have had my x50 (Robbie) for about a month now. I love him. He's not the best at edges of carpets despite doing all the best possible setting changes. Great on hard floor tho. This is meant as a maintenance clean rather than a heavy duty vacuum  cleaner. Saves me so much time and my floors alway look nice and clean now rather than when I've got the energy to do it. I have MS and a pretty big house so he's a godsend ❤️

Just got the dreame vac and mop! So far so good in terms of cleaning up everyday mess and doing a once over of the floor, still to use as we are still on week one!
