X50 ultra complete - what’s not to love!

My ultra x10 keeps going offline while cleaning. Not in a dead wifi zone. Has been working fine for weeks and now just stopping

I started using Dreame Aqua today, not impressed

Just purchased Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. We have threshold steps of less that 15mm between rooms. The robot struggles to get over the thresholds. We have not successfully completed a full mapping of the first floor. The robots appears reluctant to venture too far from the base. The robot gets to 65% charge remaining and has a constant habit of not completing the task, going back to base and remaining dormant. I cannot say I am impressed.

I used my D30 Dreame vacuum for the first time and was so happy it cleaned so well. On the second attempt to vacuum however, it was spitting out the dirt. So I cleaned out the dirt by removing the brush section and found scuff marks on the edges of the brush. I also found wedged inside the bed where it slots, a circular piece of metal stuck inside the bed. I managed to release it and since then the dirt doesn’t pick up very well when vacuuming, so I’m just disappointed now what to do as it’s a brand new vacuum.
