💡We are curious! How many Dreame products do you have at home?

Love my x50 for maintenance hoovering and mopping. Its not the best at edges and corners but these robot hoovers are probably all similar in that regard.

Recently got my Dreame X50 ultra complete after doing a LOT of research. The X50 consistently came out on top of my research and I can see why. As someone who loves their gadgets, this has not been a disappointment at all. Absolutely amazing moping and vacuuming. Proof is shown when you empty the waste water, how quickly the floor dries, no streaks, the versatile and highly configurable it is, mapping is super easy and it learns and adapts floorlessly, I can go on. Highly recommend this make and model.

My only question at the minute. Is it possible to buy a 2nd dock so I can effectively use it upstairs as well?

Received my Dreame L50s Pro Ultra today. I have noticed that during mopping the kitchen, the mops drop down. After it has finished the mops don’t go back up.  This then causes the robot difficultly returning to the dock and leaving next time.

If I vacuum the carpet however the mops do retract. Any idea if this is a common problem?
