Please check whether the AI camera is obstructed by dust, dirt, or any other debris. After completing the inspection and cleaning, please restart the robot and check whether the issue has been resolved.

The robot's obstacle avoidance system uses infrared sensing technology. Infrared light reflects off objects for detection, but dark-colored objects can absorb light. As a result, the robot may occasionally collide with some highly reflective or dark-colored objects. For areas with black furniture, we recommend setting up restricted zones or no-go zones in the app.
