Why does my dreame D10 stop cleaning after 3 minutes saying cleaning successful? But hasn’t actually cleaned anything

Just got an Aqua Dream Ultra 10 track the mop works very well. The vac ok get the automatic empty just don't work. It's very disappointing.

Has anyone else got this issue or a fix

If the dust collection function can be started but the dust bin is not emptied completely, please check whether the dust bin outlet is blocked by hair, lint, or other debris. Such materials can be difficult to suction out and may affect the dust collection performance. We recommend cleaning the area as needed. Additionally, increasing the dust collection frequency and cleaning frequency may help reduce dust accumulation. We hope these suggestions help improve the situation.

Ensure that the robot has completed the cleaning task normally and returned to the dock for charging on its own. If the task is interrupted or the robot does not return to the dock properly, automatic dust collection may not be triggered.
After the cleaning task is completed, you can also manually tap the "Dust Collection / Auto-Empty" button in the app to test whether the dust collection function is working correctly.

Hello, for the issue where the automatic dust collection function is not working properly, we recommend checking the following:
Go to the dock settings and set the dust collection frequency to "Smart" or "High Frequency".
Please make sure that Do Not Disturb (DND) mode is not enabled. When DND mode is active, the dock will not perform automatic dust collection.

Just got the D20 Pro Plus and so far am very impressed! It does well moving around obstacles (mostly by massive dog) and picks up well!
Haven’t tried the mopping function yet as I’m a bit dubious of it and would prefer to add some kind of cleaning solution to it instead of just plain water. But luckily I have no carpets so when I do try it out, that shouldn’t be an issue.
Very happy so far, hope it keeps up with my multi-pet household!

I have been using the L40s pro ultra for a week. The carpet hoover is good but does miss a few bits. Overall I love it, it’s great to have my floors cleaned daily and if I can’t be bothered clearing everything it will run around the items. It’s great to be able to select rooms and do a spot clean. I find copilot very helpful in getting me up and running on the app. Thank you
