Love my dreame - my first ever robot. I think that’s the way to go with household chores. One improvement would be to have an easier to empty dust bag. I know the company wants to extort more money out of us by using a new clean bag every time. But That is such a waste - of money and resources and landfill space. Not environmental at all.

I have recently purchased an L10s Ultra Gen2. It seems to use hardly any water on the mop function, to the extent that I struggle to feel any dampness after it passes. I feel this is reducing its ability to clean properly. I have tried changing the Wetness function to max but this seems to make no difference. Any advice?

Our 3 French bull dogs attack our upright hoover but don’t bother with the Dreamehome D10 plus. Absolutely fantastic piece of kit that hoovers all dog hairs and does get into the corners and edges, even lifts itself to clean around my barstools.

I'm feeling so disappointed in my l40s ultra.
Of the six rooms it needs to clean in order, it cleaned :
A tiny part of room 5, then room 2, then the rest of room 5, then room 6 and it didn't even touch rooms 1, 2 and three.
This is the second map and the third attempt.
I've watched 'just a dad's videos and read 'fixes in settings ' on Google, but to no avail.
I've had the robot approximately 1 week and I'll continue to try to resolve the issues, but unless it can somehow be encouraged to clean all the rooms, I see no other alternative than to return it and I feel sad about that.
