💡We are curious! How many Dreame products do you have at home?

I’m very happy with my Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. The cleaning performance is excellent and it makes everyday cleaning much easier. The self-cleaning and automatic functions are very convenient.

However, I have one issue: the app keeps saying that detergent is needed even though there is still detergent in the tank. I have checked that the tank is correctly installed, but the warning still appears. I hope Dreame can fix this issue with a software update or provide a solution.

Overall, I’m very happy with the robot, but I would appreciate some help with the detergent detection issue.

Robot hoover best thing ever

We have the Dreame X40 Ultra and it’s fantastic. Cannot fault any aspect of the features. I love coming home to a freshly cleaned floor 😍

I'm having huge problem with the WiFi connection, I have to get my daughter across so I can use her mobile hot-spot on my phone as the robot wants to take the wifi over so I can't then use my phone/app to command it

I love my, is much better that I was expecting

X40 sadly not impressed and customer repairs just as poor
